JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT KICKS IT WITH HER MAN

Jennifer Love Hewitt enjoyed the afternoon with her new boyfriend Alex Beh in West Hollywood today (November 11).

The actress and the director were in good spirits as they stepped out for an afternoon lunch date as they made the most of their uneventful schedules.

Meanwhile, J.Love’s boyfriend says he used her book for advice on asking her out.

The former Ghost Whisperer star – who has been romancing Alex Beh since July – released a relationship advice guide The Day I Shot Cupid earlier this year and the actor-and-director admits he consulted the tome in order to learn more about the actress.

He said: “The book is very informative. I learned all I needed to know. When I first met her, I really was able to just map out all the things to do and not to do.”

Sunday is the day for rest — but not for Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Joined by her actor/director boyfriend Alex Beh, the Ghost Whisperer actress was among the celebrity participants at the Dodge Rock ‘n’ Roll Los Angeles Half Marathon in Los Angeles today (October 24).

Running over 13 miles for a good cause, J.Love helped raise money for the j.k. livin’ foundation, the American Cancer Society, and Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

Meanwhile, in the new issue of Ok! mag, Jennifer opens up about her new love — and it ain’t her boyfriend.

“I’m falling in love with my body,” the slimmed down star admits about her new shape.

This acceptance wasn’t easy to come by, though. In 2007, after a few unflattering pictures of Jennifer in a swimsuit appeared on the Internet and sparked a hurtful debate over the actress’ weight, Jennifer quickly began to lose her self-esteem.

“I questioned everything I put in my mouth after [that],” Jennifer reveals. “It challenged my confidence.”

Now, Miss Hewitt is loving her new body and is working hard to maintain it through a healthy lifestyle of intense workouts and a smart diet.

Jennifer sticks to an hour-and-a-half-a-day workout schedule which includes “cardio, cardio, cardio” as well as weight lifting, spin classes and eating healthy foods six days a week. “Then I have one cheat day,” Jennifer admits.
