Amy Winehouse is still hitting music milestones after her untimely death last month.

Britain’s Official Charts Company says the late singer’s Grammy-award winning Back to Black has become the best-selling album in the U.K. in the 21st century.

The company, which tracks music sales in the U.K., said today (August 24) that Back to Black overtook James Blunt‘s 2005 debut album to claim the title this week.

Amy’s second album had jumped to the No. 1 spot on the charts shortly after the soul singer was found dead in her London town house on July 23. An initial post-mortem failed to determine cause of death, and Amy’s family said Tuesday that toxicology tests showed she had no illegal drugs in her system when she died.

An inquest into Amy’s death begins in October.

Just in: A spokesman for Amy Winehouse‘s family revealed today (August 23) that toxicology reports have shown that there were no illegal drugs in the singer’s system at the time of her death.

The Rehab singer had publicly battled with drug and alcohol addiction throughout her meteoric career, and many were quick to point out that her death on July 23 seemed like a foregone conclusion. However, the initial autopsy of Amy’s body didn’t shed any light on the specific cause of death.

The toxicology report also found that “alcohol was present” in her system, though the family spokesman said it was presently unclear if it contributed to Amy’s death.

The announcement will undoubtedly complicate the many theories behind what killed Amy.

Prouding wearing a cast, Amy Winehouse was seen leaving the Jazz Cafe in London on Thursday night (October 14).

The British soulstress was joined by Sadie Frost‘s ex-boyfriend Kristian Marr, a bassist who famously slept in Amy’s garage back in 2008.

As for the cast? “[It’s] nothing serious,” says her rep. “She tripped at home and broke her fall with her hand.”

We’ve seen her sober, we’ve seen her sick, but what’s Amy Winehouse really like?

“She seems a little demanding, a little given to drama, but equally focused, disciplined, eager to get the job done, funny, and fun,” writer Polly Vernon, who interviewed the British singer for Harper’s Bazaar to talk about a new fashion line with British brand Fred Perry.

Meanwhile, when asked if she considers herself a style icon, Amy says, “No! Of course not!” And adds, “I just dress like … I’m an old black man. Sorry!” she says. “Like I’m an old Jewish black man. I just dress like it’s still the ’50s.”

A few more highlights from Amy’s new interview:

On working with Fred Perry on her fashion line: “I knew exactly what I wanted. And I love Fred Perry so much. I was honored that they would even, like, ‘Do you want to come and do a line?’ Me? Like, me?” She stabs a finger into her chest. “Yeah!” she adds.

On her love life: “I’ve got a ve’y nice boyfriend. He’s ve’y good to me.” (At the time of the interview that was director Reg Traviss, but reports lately say the two have split.)

On whether she’s in love: “I hardly know … yet. We’ve only been together three and a half months.”

Her album is called Back to Black but Amy Winehouse is back to being fierce.

Looking better than ever, the British soulstress was spotted leaving the Dublin Castle pub in London on Tuesday (October 12) at around 11:30 pm.

Though she sported a couple of stains on her top and a medical bandage on her right wrist, Amy appeared sober and healthy as she and her bodyguard headed home hand-in-hand.

Meanwhile, R&B crooner Usher says he’s interested in recording a duet with none other than Miss Winehouse.

In fact, Daddy’s Home singer says Amy is the only singer from Britain whom he would like to sing with.

“I would love to work with Amy. I hear she’s back and I want us to shock people,” he tells Britain’s Mirror newspaper. “She’s the only one in the U.K. I want to work with. Her voice is wow, amazing,” he gushed, “and she could take music somewhere I’ve never been before.”

Usher’s statement is an exact echo of singer Amy’s, who some months ago, had said to the media that she was very interested in recording a song with Usher.

Looking worse for wear, Amy Winehouse was spotted leaving the City Burlesque launch party in London on Thursday night (October 7).

The British soulstress could be seen wearing a leopard print dress with her trademark pink ballet flats as she was escorted to her chauffered vehicle following a long night of partying.

Despite all appearance, Amy claims that she has been free of drugs for nearly three years.

The singer/songwriter tells The Sun, “I’m much healthier now. I used to use drugs and I haven’t used drugs in almost three years. It’s not a hard thing.”

She adds: “I literally woke up one day and was like, ‘I don’t want to do this any more’.”

Miss Winehouse also admitted that she thought her career was “over” after she took a suspected overdose in 2007.

Amy Winehouse attended the launch of the Shaka Zulu bar in London, England this evening (August 4).

Joined by her clean cut beau Reg Traviss, the often troubled songstress donned a sexy LBD as she spent the evening dancing away with drink in hand.

Meanwhile, Amy’s publicist has dismissed rumours that the Rehab hitmaker is collaborating with Lady Gaga for comeback album.

Miss Winehouse is preparing to release her long-awaited third album, the follow-up to 2006’s Grammy-winning Back to Black. She has been on a four-year hiatus, which saw her battle drink and drug demons.

Despite reports that Lady Gaga had offered to fly to London to make music with Amy to ensure her upcoming release is a success, Amy’s rep denies the rumours, insisting that the claims are “not true at all.”
