Emma Roberts seemed to be in a great mood in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (September 28) as she made her way to the Neil George Salon.

Despite the sweltering Los Angeles heat wave, the 19-year-old actress was more than happy to smile for the paparazzi before getting her hair did.

Meanwhile, Emma says she misses her blonde hair.

“I really miss being blonde,” she says. “It’s funny the way people treat you differently with blonde hair—boys especially. It’s really funny.” Miss Roberts adds: “You can say really ridiculous things when you have blonde hair, and people are like ‘You’re just the cutest thing!’ When you have brown hair, you have to be spewing your book list and this and that, otherwise people are like, ‘Hmm. So college?'”

Emma can soon be seen in the upcoming Scream 4 flick. She plays Jill, Sydney Prescott’s cousin. (Sydney is Neve Campbell‘s character, who was the leading lady in the original trilogy).
