Gwen Stefani refuses to underdress for any occasion.

The No Doubt frontwoman continued to bring fashionable style to day to day life as she stopped by a medical clinic in Beverly Hills yesterday (December 7).

Meanwhile, Gwen recently designed and autographed a special baby buggy to help raise money for charity and spread awareness about World AIDS Day last week.

The singer and mother-of-two has teamed up with baby product firm Bugaboo to customise two of their Cameleon strollers, decorating hers with a graffiti-style floral fabric from her L.A.M.B. clothing collection, complete with leather trim on the canopy and storage basket and accessorised with pyramid studs.

Gwen kept one to use for her youngest son Zuma, while the other was put up for auction on

All profits benefited The Global Fund, an organization which aims to eliminate mother-to-child HIV transmission in Africa by 2015.

Oprah got a little support for partner Stedman Graham as she was honored at the 33rd Annual Kennedy Center Honors event at the Kennedy Center Hall of States in Washington, DC on Sunday (December 5).

Joining the media mogul to receive this year’s Kennedy Center Honors were musicians Paul McCartney and Merle Haggard, dancer and choreographer Bill T. Jones and lyricist Jerry Herman.

None other than Oscar winner and good pal Julia Roberts did the introduction before Oprah was given the honor.

Then Oprah’s mentor Barbara Walters, sitting onstage on a mock Oprah set, said of the 56-year-old talk show host, “Simply put, she is the best interviewer ever.” She added modestly, “No one comes close, not even me. Those of you who know me know how painful it was for me to say that.”

Jennifer Hudson drew a standing ovation for a powerful, rafters-shaking version of I’m Here, from The Color Purple, the movie a young Oprah starred in and later produced as a Broadway musical.

At a reception earlier in the East Room of the White House, President Barack Obama said that the honorees possessed “a staggering amount of talent.” But, he added, that was not the sole reason they had been chosen. “They’re being honored for their unique ability to bring us closer together and to capture something larger about who we are, not just as Americans, but as human beings,” the president said.

Other presenters and/or performers included Sheryl Crow, Matthew Morrison, Kid Rock, Gwen Stefani, Gayle King, Diana Ross, Colin Powell, Chris Rock and 30 Rock‘s Alec Baldwin.

CBS will air its annual telecast of the ceremonies on December 28

Making the most of their Thanksgiving weekend, Gwen Stefani took little Kingston Rossdale to get mutual manicures in Beverly Hills on Saturday (November 27).

While Gwen went bold with black, the eldest son of the Stefani-Rossdale clan left with an array of different colours adorning his little nails.

Following the holidays, Gwen is slated to get back into the studio to put the final touches on No Doubt‘s upcoming sixth studio album. Gwen stated publicly that she wanted to complete the nine-song project by December of this year. The band are to release another compilation album on November 2 called Icon, in preparation for their upcoming comeback album. Icon will feature the same track listing as their previous compilation album The Singles 1992–2003 albeit with new artwork and a low price point.

Thanksgiving is all about family for Gwen Stefani.

Joined by her adorabble sons Kingston and Zuma, the No Doubt frontwoman was in the festive mood as she was spotted arriving at her parents’ house in Los Feliz, CA on Thursday (November 25) for a family Thanksgiving dinner.

While the boys kept things funky and colourful, Gwen kept things fashionable as she donned a military-inspired ensemble for the family gathering.

Family patriarch Gavin Rossdale, meanwhile, insists that the boys already have their own eye for fashion, just like their mother.

“Kingston and Zuma each love to pick out their own clothes so my role in that has diminished,” the Bush rocker told People mag. “They are both very stylish little boys and have huge opinions on their own clothes.”

He added: “Now that the boys are getting bigger, they’re getting closer too, he said. ‘I see a difference every day in their interactions, and this is a good thing. The boys are getting along great now.”

Gwen Stefani is the latest celebrity to make her way to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood.

Enjoying an afternoon of kids play, the No Doubt frontwoman took her sons Zuma and Kingston to get a few Halloween pumpkins before enjoying some time on the inflatable castle.

Meanwhile, Gwen’s hubby Gavin Rossdale admits in a Details magazine article that when he was a teen, he had a romance with a cross-dressing male singer named Marilyn.

“It’s not something I’ve talked about really because it’s always been in the glare of a tabloid world,” he says. “It’s just one of those things: Move on. When you’re 17, Jesus Christ. I don’t think there’s anything strange about any form of—you’re learning about life. It’s a part of growing up. That’s it. No more, no less.”

Now, Marilyn is saying he’s happy Gavin has ‘fessed up. “I am pleased that Gavin is finally able to be honest about our relationship. I just wish he could have come to terms with this 15 years ago,” he says.

But Gavin is sorry he said anything. Sources close to the rocker say he is “seriously regretting” having acknowledged the fling.
