Lisa Kudrow and Matt LeBlanc (Phoebe Buffay and Joey Tribbiani) brought back 90s primetime magic as they joined forces at Showtime’s 5th Annual Holiday Soiree at The Quincy Estate.
Though the pair remain primarily out of the Hollywood spotlight, Lisa and Matt were once everywhere when, after ten seasons, they joined their co-stars in saying goodbye with a series finale watched by over 52 million viewers.
Nowadays, Lisa is currently in the midst of filming a new web series called Web Therapy on Lstudio.com. The 47-year-old actress plays Fiona Wallice, a therapist who has conceived of a new form of therapy; namely the titular Web Therapy. Oscar winner Meryl Streep recently did a three-episode guest stint playing a counselor who is known for “restoring men to their natural straight state” after Lisa’s character suspects her husband Kip may be gay.
As for Matt? He is due to star in Episodes, a BBC/Showtime television series about a fictional British television series that is remade for an American audience. The series was written by Friends co-creator David Crane and his partner Jeffrey Klarik, and stars Matt as himself.

“It was a little strange [playing myself], because some of the things [Matt] does [on the show] are not so nice, but there’s my name [out there, and I’m like,] ‘Wait a minute, I wouldn’t do that!’ So it was a little bizarre, but all in all it was fun,” Matt says about the challenge of starring as himself.
