David Beckham was back on the soccer field on Saturday (October 9) as he joined his son Cruz after his game in Santa Monica, CA.

The father-son pair could be seen roughing it up and kicking the soccer ball around together for nearly an hour before finally heading back home with the rest of the boys.

Meanwhile, despite new infidelity claims, David says that stimulating the romance in a relationship is the key to a successful marriage.

The soccer ace admits that, after knowing each other for 14 years, he and wife Victoria Beckham often make the extra effort to attend to each other’s needs.

“We’ve been married 11 years and we have known each other for 14,” he tells Dutch newspaper Telegraaf. “You have to stimulate the romance in the relationship and care for each other’s needs.”

Victoria says, “If the kids are in bed we dress up and go to a restaurant. We eat a little bit, get drunk and enjoy each other’s company. I always look forward to date night. We are so busy, David with football and I have my clothing line and raising our boys. That’s why it’s important to make time to be together and whatever happens Wednesday is sacred.”

The former Spice Girl also describes the couple as “spiritual types”, adding: “There’s no room in our lives for negativity.”

Looking more like southern California surfer dudes than members of elite celebrity royalty from the UK, David Beckham and Gordon Ramsey enjoyed an afternoon ballgame with their sons at the Anaheim Angels’ baseball stadium on Sunday (August 29).

The Beckham boys and Ramsey’s son Jack were adorned from head to toe with Angels sports apparel, including autographed baseballs they were given by the Angels players.

The celeb dads stayed hip in their own gear, with Gordon wearing a shirt with a surfer on it while David rocked an occult-inspired “Faith of Silence” tee from fashion designer Seven New York.

Since his move to the west coast, David has embraced the local sports culture, attending basketball, football and now baseball games in the LA area!
