Victoria Beckham was among a slew of stylish attendees at the 2010 British Fashion Awards in London, England today (December 7).

Joined by Samantha Cameron, the wife of the Conservative Party leader and Prime Minister in Britain, the 36-year-old designing diva showed off some serious leg as she celebrated the best and brightest in the world of fashion at The Savoy Theatre.

Meanwhile, Victoria says she would like to add Angelina Jolie to the numerous Hollywood names she already designs for.

She says it would be a priviledge if the Oscar-winning beauty would wear one of her dresses to a red carpet event.

Speaking about who she would like to dress for, Victoria says: “I would love to see Kate Bosworth and Angelina Jolie in my dresses, and of course, Michelle Obama.”

Already, the First Lady has made quite the fashion name for herself since taken up residency in the White House last year.

Victoria may be better known for her super skinny styles, she has recently revealed that her latest label is for “the curves of a woman’s figure. The range of dresses was designed to help women look and feel their best.

The woman otherwise known as Posh says: “What’s alluring for me this season are the curves of a woman’s figure — sensual volume and a defined silhouette that allows for freedom of movement.”

Victoria Beckham brightened up the dull November weather in a tangy tangerine tunic dress while out and about in London today (November 9).

Mrs. Beckham was lunching at the the exclusive Claridges Hotel.

Meanwhile, Victoria says she thinks Lady Gaga may have become a “parody” of herself.

The singer-turned-designer is often cited as one of the world’s most stylish women, and the success of her eponymous fashion label has confirmed her status as a bona fide creator.

Victoria’s brand is celebrated for its elegant robes and classic styles, and the designer isn’t sure about celebrities such as Lady Gaga who opt for wacky outfits. Nevertheless, the glamorous star does admire the kooky singer’s ability to don such high heels when she’s travelling.

“I have a lot of respect that she can walk in those shoes going through airports. I mean, goodness, people think I dress up to go to an airport! I think she’s really doing her thing. That’s her,” Victoria tells WWD. “If I’m being completely honest, is it fair to say she may have become a little bit of a parody of herself? Is that fair to say?”

Victoria insists her own pop star days are far behind her. The talented celebrity was relieved when reviews of her latest collection complimented her style credentials and didn’t focus on her Spice Girls career or her marriage to soccer star David Beckham.

“Very few even mentioned the Spice Girls,” she enthused, “very few mentioned that I was a footballer’s wife.”

Victoria Beckham was her usual stoic self as she made her way to LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Sunday (October 3) to board a flight bound for London.

In light of recent scandal surrounding the Beckham clan, it’s a wonder whether Victoria is a bit nervous going out of town and leaving her husband alone in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, X Factor host Dermot O’Leary says Victoria gave him advice on how to beat insomnia. How? By handing him an Ambien sleeping pill on a flight to Los Angeles.

He tells the News of the World: “Victoria gave me these amazing sleeping pills. They are brilliant, I love them. They just wipe you out. The next morning, I mentioned something we had been talking about and she said, ‘Did I tell you that?'”

He added that the experience was the “best night of his life.”

Looking stressed and in need of some personal time, Victoria Beckham was spotted setting out on Saturday afternoon (September 18) to do a bit of shopping.

Joined by her boys and their security, the British style icon spent the day checking out the various designer boutiques along Melrose Ave in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Victoria’s son Romeo is joining the family business — and he ain’t playing soccer.

The eight-year-old reportedly signed a deal to create a line of children’s sunglasses after begging his parents to let him become a fashion designer.

A friend of the family tells the Daily Mirror: “Romeo has a real eye for fashion. He has strong opinions on what works and what doesn’t, and has been badgering David and Victoria for months about designing his own sunglasses. It is no passing whim – Victoria said she’d only back the project if he was certain he wanted to do it.”

It is believed that well connected Romeo will call on his young celebrity pals – including Tom Cruise‘s daughter Suri Cruise, Leni, the six-year-old daughter of supermodel Heidi Klum, and TV chef Gordon Ramsay‘s four children – to model the frames.

Posh and Becks, who have two other sons, 11-year-old Brooklyn and five-year-old Cruz, are both thrilled with Romeo’s entrepreneurial spirit and ambition.

The pal adds: “There is a gap in the market for designer kids’ shades that are 100 per cent UV protected and trendy. The glasses are made especially for children and will have a cool ‘RB’ motif on one arm. The range was originally going to be called Bambino Beckham. Both Victoria and David are delighted.”

Victoria Beckham was spotted making her way out of a New York City hotel ready to hit the New York Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week events today (September 14).

The fashion icon and designer looked chic in a black blazer, leather zip-up jeans and studded Christian Louboutin pump as she prepared to spend the afternoon watching runway show after runway show.

As for the handbag? “‘On the way to The View,” Posh tweets. “Wearing #vbeckham denim and jacket, first outing for Victoria bag!!!!”

The Victoria bag is one of the accessories in the Spring/Summer 2011 collection, and one which the mother-of-three is particularly proud.

Victoria apparently has high hopes for her bag range, which was designed with the consultation of accessories designer Katie Hillier, and was said to have been overheard telling a friend that: “A Beckham could replace your Birkin”, referring to the Hermes Birkin bag of which Victoria is so fond.

Victoria did not overlook her hubby David Beckham when she designed her new range of bags.

Posh says one of her favourite pieces is a travel tote she conceived with the sporting superstar in mind.

“I had to put a bag in the collection that David would use,” she tells InStyle.

Nicole Richie headed a handful of Hollywood’s best dressed at Bergdorf Goodman’s celebration of Fashion’s Night Out in New York City on Friday night (September 10).

Joined by fellow style savvy stars Victoria Beckham and Sarah Jessica Parker, the celebutante designer was on hand to sing karaoke and raise fashion awareness.

After belting out a slew of Spice Girls songs, Nicole headed home and tweeted: “What a lovely night, thank you to everyone that came, and thank you NYC!”

Meanwhile, editors Pamela Satran and Linda Rosenkrantz — who penned the books Baby Name Bible and Beyond Ava & Aiden — are dishing on why celebs choose the names they do, and what they mean.

Nicole’s son Sparrow, who recently celebrated his first birthday, shares big sister Harlow‘s ending in both spelling and sound. But what’s behind their bird-inspired names? It appears birds carry a great deal of spiritual symbolism, standing for flight, freedom, light and soaring upward.
