The 48-year-old rocker was spotted picking up Starbucks coffee in Los Angeles for a quick perk-me-up before picking up her adopted son Wyatt from her mother’s house in Pacific Palisades, CA.
Meanwhile, after releasing her seventh studio album earlier this summer, Sheryl is featured on Eric Clapton‘s upcoming self-titled, star-studded solo album.
Diamonds Made From Rain was released to the internet this last week and is available now to online listeners.

“Eric emailed me about singing on his record,” Sheryl tells AOL. “I think they were almost done with it and I got an e-mail asking me if I would sing on a song called Diamonds. . . . . I went over and I got to hear some of Eric’s record and was just blown away by it.”
“It just had everything that I love about what Eric does,” she adds. “Kind of a look back over the different styles that he’s made his own. So it was really for me a huge compliment that he asked me to sing on the song, and the song is absolutely gorgeous.”
Clapton the album will be available in its entirety on September 28.
