KIM KARDASHIAN NEARLY TAKES A NOSE DIVE FOR YOGURT

Distracted by her quest for a yogurt treat from pink berry, Kim Kardashian nearly took a disastrous fall in her mega high heels while out and about in Beverly Hills today (August 3).

Luckily the 29-year-old pornstress caught her balance and was able to get right back to satisfying her sweat tooth and posing for her latest photo-op.

Meanwhile, Kim claims her alleged stalker is trying to get back into her life — via Twitter, no less! — and now she’s now going to the cops to try and protect herself and her NFL boyfriend Miles Austin.

Sources say Kim is “freaked out” because the man she has a restraining order against, Dennis Shaun Bowman, has been recently ranting about her on Twitter and sending messages to Miles and her sister Khloe.

Kim’s lawyer Shaw Chapman Holley is quoted as saying, “I will be speaking with law enforcement detectives … to determine whether or not Mr. Bowman’s actions are a violation of the order in place restricting Mr. Bowman’s conduct toward Ms. Kardashian.”
