CHRISTINA AGUILERA BRINGS ‘BURLESQUE’ TO GERMANY

Happening now: Christina Aguilera looking flirty in fuschia at the German premiere of Burlesque at CineStar in Berlin today (December 16).

The singer/actress has been globe-trotting for the film with co-stars Cher, Cam Gigandet and Kristen Bell.

Before Berlin, newly single Xtina was in London, where her sexy performance of a Burlesque number on X Factor drew complaints from some 1500 viewers.

Now Christina is defending herself and her right to put on a skanky show.

“I don’t think there is such a thing as too raunchy when it comes to the art form of burlesque,” she says.

Miss Aguilera adds: “It’s very empowering to women to feel confident in their own skin and in their bodies and this represents that. Everyone in the spotlight is judged and there are many opinions out there but I stick true to what I believe in.”

Christina Aguilera and her new beau Matthew Rutler are literally inseperable — but when it comes to the red carpet, Xtina stands alone.

Leaving her main man back at the hotel, the singer-turned-actress made a solo arrival to the UK premiere of Burlesque at the Empire Leicester Square in London today (December 13).

Despite the glamorous appearance, it appears Christina was up partying up until 3am in the morning today.

Per the UK’s Mirror:

I was there to join her on an XXX-rated night at Mahiki after dusting off my whip and crotchless leather trousers for the occasion.

The voluptuous vixen took Prince Harry’s favourite table in the posh Mayfair club and proceeded to devour her new boyfriend, Matt Rutler.

And it got extra raunchy when the Treasure Chests – champagne, brandy and peach liqueur cocktails – started flowing at £100 a pop.

She also ordered some Cuervo tequila and the babe was keen to sample some of the tipples from our shores, so I suggested Johnnie Walker whisky, and she arranged for a few bottles to be brought for her table of pals.

A headbanging mix if ever there was one.

Clinking glasses with me, she chuckled: “Now, let’s really get the party started. I think London is fantastic. I’m having the best time.”

It was great to see her putting a brave face on things, particularly as she is divorcing music guru Jordan Bratman.

Writhing by her table as the DJ played Beyonce’s Crazy in Love, she started gyrating around in front of her drooling beau Matt, whose eyes were almost popping out of his head. He was by no means her only admirer and punters queued up one by one to meet her. The generous star even invited a few of the lucky ones to have a drink with her. It was nice to see her show off her big heart – because earlier on Saturday evening her very large chest was causing unrest in sitting rooms all over the country.

Christina Aguilera and her new boyfriend Matthew Rutler were spotted making their way through the group of fans gathered outside her London hotel on Sunday (December 12) as they headed for the Hix Bar and restaurant in London’s Soho district, which is owned by award winning restauranteur Mark Hix.

After dinner, the hot couple could be seen sneaking out the back of the restaurant, reportedly around 1 am.

Meanwhile, Simon Cowell has come under fire from fans who believe The X Factor final was too sexy for a family show after Christina put on a “soft porn” performances on Saturday’s show.

The Ain’t No Other Man singer stunned the show’s 15.4 million viewers when she donned a low-cut black dress and cavorted with an army of lingerie-clad dancers to sing Express from her film Burlesque.

But the show, which was repeated at 9.30 yesterday morning, proved too much for some X Factor fans. Among the comments seen on Twitter following her performance? “Christina’s performance on #TheXFactor [was] very inappropriate in terms of clothing and dancing. It’s a family show.” Another? “t was a bit vulgar for a family show, OK for the stage but a bit much given the amount of kids watching. It was soft porn.”

Christina Aguilera looked nothing short of gorgeous as she attended the Burlesque premiere at Roppongi Hills Arena in Tokyo, Japan today (December 7).

Upon her graceful arrival on the red carpet, the singer-turned-actress was presented with a birthday cake in honor of her 30th birthday. (Xtina doesn’t hit the landmark birthday until December 18).

No sign of Christina’s new boyfriend Matt Rutler. But the 29-year-old starlet has been open about the fact that she struck up a friendship with the set assistant during filming.

“Matthew is a special person,” she told People magazine last week. “We had a really strong friendship on the movie. He’s the kind of person you could spend hours on the phone talking to and all of a sudden it’s daylight. Once I filed for divorce, we started dating. I’m not trying to jump into anything. I just left a five-year marriage. I’m taking it slow and trying to be happy.”

But despite insisting they are taking things slowly, she added: “There’s a love there, yes. I’m having fun, I’m dating and it’s something I haven’t had in a really long time.”

Christina Aguilera was all smiles as she attended the Burlesque press conference at the Peninsula in Tokyo today (December 6).

Looking darling in Dolce & Gabbana, the singer-turned-actress was joined by co-stars Kristen Bell and Cam Gigandet as well as director Steve Antin as she dished about her acting debut to various Japanese media outlets.

The first thing Xtina learned about her role as a small-town girl trying to make it big at a burlesque club? A dancer’s feet aren’t sexy.

The 29-year-old she felt doubly challenged by the acting and dancing demands of the lead role of Ali Rose, and she was at first inclined to turn it down.

Although she is accustomed to dancing when she performs on stage, Christina said she considers herself first and foremost a singer.

“I was scared of being out there with real, professional dancers,” she said. “It’s harder than it looks. Probably the unsexiest thing is to see a dancer’s feet. After dancing for 17 or 18 hours a day every day, your feet are just bruises and calluses.”

The flick’s director said he had to convince a worried Christina that she had enough acting and dancing in her for the role. But, he said, she quickly rose to the occasion.

“Christina has an extraordinary innate acting ability,” Antin said. “She had many reservations. I believed she could do it. I watched her do it every day.”

He added: “That was a great relief – I really needed her to be happy.”

2010 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS HIGHLIGHTS: CHRISTINA AGUILERA

Christina Aguilera gave a sneak peek of her big-screen debut alongside Cher in the upcoming Burlesque as she performed at the 2010 American Music Awards in Los Angeles today (November 21).

“It’s going to be fantastic,” she told reporters before taking the stage. “And it will give you a fitting little look inside the movie.”

Xtina kicked off her pitch perfect performance seated in a chair with her back to the audience and wearing a black spangly bodysuit, knee-high boots and a bowler. Within seconds she broke into her new tune Express (Burlesque) as she was quickly surrounded by a squadron of scantily-clad dancers.

The newly-single singer then got dirrty as she straddled on the chair while busting into the song’s uptempo chorus without missing a beat.
